Soumyasanto is Founder & Future of Work Strategy at People Conscience. HR Technology, Transformation & People Analytics Leader and Advisor, he is also the Author of “Digital HR Strategy”.

Keisha is the People Operations Manager at Buffer. She owns the hiring process from end-to-end, and also recently started leading Buffer's diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. One of the things that is most important to Keisha is creating safe spaces for teammates to be their authentic self and engage in thoughtful conversations.

Anne-Laurence is Head of HR at MWM. She has been working with french startups for 6 years, with a strong focus on talent acquisition and development. She is all about candidate and employee experience as well as positioning the HR function as a Business Partner. As MWM's HR Director, her challenge is about scaling up a team without compromising on values, delivery and people development.
